Firstly, we would ask that you make sure the product is indeed incorrect. In some cases, items such as ink cartridges and toners will not have your printer model listed on the box. This will not necessarily mean you have received the wrong item. Items are often manufactured to be used will a range of equipment, meaning your particular piece of equipment might not always be listed.

 

If you think you may have received an incorrect item, please contact a member of our team BEFORE opening your package and we will confirm if the item is correct.

If you are sure that the product is incorrect you will need to request and obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA). You can do this by contacting us.

 

Please have your order number to hand, along with an explanation of why you want to return the product.
